FAQ
Q) Where can I hear more songs?A) We have songs at several places on the internet that you can be played, but you can download all four of our full-length albums, just click on the "Releases" from the drop-down menuYou can also go to our Affiliations page for other sites. Here are the top sites worth checking out:
Last.FM (scroll down and click on an album cover to listen)
Jango - Awful Logic Radio
GimmeSound - has an Awful Logic Player
Playlist
Q) Where can I buy your music?
A) We do NOT have any songs for sale. They are all free to download (from an exterior website which stores some of the songs, but most of the songs will come from a zip file found at MediaFire.com). (I suggest using ZipCentral which is free for opening the zip file(s).) Use the "Releases" drop-down menu above, and/or go to our "Download Center" for our EP's.
Q) Why do you give away so many free songs?
A 1) "Music is meant to be heard" - Carl McGuire, the creator of Awful Logic and Haunted Reason.
A 2) I know that most people don't want to pay a bunch of songs these days, or just want a few songs from a band. I NEED to do music, it's my calling/destiny; so I really want people to hear and have available all the songs. Let's face it, we all want music to be free. If you don't like some of the songs (damn you), then you can delete them and keep the ones you really want. Though, if you find a song you don't necessarily like, it's been my experience that sometimes after you have to hear it a few times you might find it to be your favorite.
Q) Do you have any stickers or shirts for sale?
A) Negatory, negative, nope, no.
Q) What effects do you use on your vocals?
A) I primarily use an echo and/or octaver. But, the main parts of the vocals are done naturally (or, unnaturally, if you prefer). I messed up my vocal cords just so I could do the vocals that I prefer to do.
Q) How many people are in the band?
A) Just little ol' me, Carl McGuire. I invited others, but instead I just got some awesome keyboard sounds that I altered here and there on a sampleboard (a keyboard where you can create your own sounds), or used the computer to alter notes. I love what I do, and I think I do it well. Any questions not answered, or you want clarification, please visit our "Contact" page. I would love to read from you.
